Wait! So those are $1.25? I got excited for a moment because I thought they were $1 😂 Those were one of the items (the eye/lip mask) I was looking once I heard about the price hike in our area and tried to buy but couldn't find. But I feel like that's one thing that it worth the extra quarter knowing how much they are elsewhere. I haven't been in DT all month.
Am I the only one who thought how you should have your own show the way you presented each item and spoke so eloquently about them? Wow! I love you and your endless list of talent!
Yes indeed! Actually the only way my mouth would drop open: 1. To see a store looking as neat and clean as this one. 2. Find the shelves stocked and not completely empty. 3. Find just one of the items you mention. Well……….maybe one day!
The trick is to ask when their trucks come. I went on a Wednesday and they were opening boxes and stocking the shelves so it's best to go the day AFTER a truck because the shelves will be stocked. I got that tip from another RU-vid channel 'Glue Guns and Roses' and she was right.
It’s all about location. The store here in high desert Oregon is always clean and neat. The store in Mississippi where my parents live is like a Nike went off- ceiling tiles hanging down, product sitting in boxes in the aisles awaiting stocking, dirty floors- you want a hazmat suit to enter.
Also with stores being so short staffed, the boxes are taking longer to stock. I went to a DT today (Sunday) and they were still unpacking their Thursday truck! Also had tables with Help Wanted signs.
And it has all the good stuff! There are 4 DTs in my immediate area and I'm lucky if I can find half the stuff Kathryn features on her channel in any of them! It's so frustrating!
I’m a new subscriber, but I just want to say how much I appreciate these Dollar Tree videos and all your cute decor ideas! Most DT channels have decor ideas that look like they are from Dollar Tree (if you know what I mean LOL). I appreciate that you show stuff I would actually use and decorate my house with.
I've been using the cake pans for lazy Susan's for years. Last year I tried the burner covers, after creating a tiered tray I wanted to make spin -- and they really are the BEST budget turntable idea EVER. ❤

MY stores did rush to raise the price and although I can easily get to seven stores, they altogether do not have the things I see on so many videos. I wish we had one with more variety.
That’s awesome. My store is $1.25, I spent $10 extra just in 25¢ added to each item today. Salty about it. The dollar store isn’t the dollar store anymore. And those 25¢ add up.

Thank you! I watched this last night and went and bought the pearls and burner covers to make the spinners. I didn't know that I would need to choose between sizes of pearls and chose the pack with 60, so slightly bigger. They work fine, too. Whoa!! I never knew throwing them in the cupboard would bring me so much JOY! Like, So Much JOY! Lol I see why you get so excited about these things! I wish I could find that stacked snack container at my Dollar Tree tho. Those look amazing! Thank you for all you do! Keep sharing your gift!
Absolutely LOVE the idea of turning the plastic garden fencing into molding. I’m so doing this. Also love the idea of the napkin holders as wall book shelves. Always love your ideas!!
"Yes To" DIY's please. I love how simple yours are compared to some on RU-vid. Plus, the structure of your videos where you shop and then DIY all in one is my favorite. I like when I can know exactly what I'll be using the items for when I buy them.

Im wondering if you could put it on an upside down stove cover and one of their candle sticks for a makeshift cake/pastry stand. Love the dyi farmhouse lamp! Would love to see some dyi projects in the future with the small, decorative wooden carvings they've been selling in the craft section at the Dollar Tree. They have some in the shape of butterflies, humming birds, etc., and they're very pretty but I haven't been sure what to do with them. XOXO

I'm new to your channel and I love the way you present things. I've been looking for ways to declutter my bedroom. I lost my Mom unexpectedly in December, 2 weeks before Christmas. I then spent most of January going through her things with my 2 siblings, who live out of town and way out of state. Because I still live in the city where I grew up, I was more attached to some of her decorations, jewelry and collectibles. She also still had a lot of my dad's things that I wanted to hang onto. He passed away in 2010. You are very inspirational to me and I love how you close each episode. I have a hard time believing it, but it's nice to hear it. 😊💜💜❤️

You are so adorable. I love watching you. You ALWAYS have such awesome DIY`S! Thank you for always bringing us the best of dollar tree. I love ALL the new items in the Garden section. I use the big containers/baskets for my plants. The pots are small. This year they are bigger. But the oval,Square and squares are all nice for plants. I even use the wire trash can. I painted it and put the potting soil bag inside out,so you see white. I painted the trash can turquoise and put the bag in with soil. I have had a plant in it for three years. But you do what you can with what you have. The plastic has stood up to winter and summer beautifully. It is a very cheap way to get bigger planters. And the colors are beautiful. I hope to see your Easter DIY`S. Thank you for sharing

I am SOOO not creative. When I look at something I only see it for it's intended purpose. I can't imagine turning a splatter guard into a beautiful piece of decor. My imagination needs a boost! Im at the dollar tree all the time too! I watch all of the creators here and on tik toc and you all come up with the coolest ideas. ❤
