I will pray for this child and his parents. The Indiana police state also came in and unjustly took three children from one of the families at our church as well (though they got their foot in the door for other reasons than described in this video) almost a year ago and the legal battle is ongoing to get them home. Please pray for this traditional Catholic family.
Great video. On a recent reread I realized she doesn't merely trick Edmond. It says that the candy was enchanted and he would desire having more Turkish Delight more than anything in the world. In this sense, I think the metaphor holds better. Kids really do get brought in by these things (through social media and netflix shows, p*rn etc.) that seem great and fun but then they catch hold of their minds and lead them to do things they would have thought unthinkable before they "tasted the turkish delight" so to speak.
Great comment! I actually talked about this in one of my courses! The turkish delights were sort of operating like an anti-Eucharist with dark enchantment rather than the white magic and theosis we see at Aslan's Table where the old man is fed with a fire berry and made younger and younger.

Would someone have complete strangers in their home to spend time with their children? There is no difference. Any difference to someone is only an imaginary one. In addition, would you have a person come into your home and act out the things that you or they watch?
