I am a student doing upa yoga and isha kirya for many years . Sometime consistent Sometime not but whenever i am consistent life become very smooth i am listening SG(me and my friend call our Sadhguru. SG) for like 6 years when i was in my 11th class this is my last year in collage. I will just wait ti take job and go to Aashram and doing practice and practice really really excited to go to the aasram

Come to the ashram and learn some programs anna it takes only a few weeks to complete 70% of the programs here bar all the hata that may take more time
