Hello mate my name is Donald from Ohio 🇺🇸 I want to thank the Lord Jesus for the gift of life and blessings to me and my family $14,120.47 weekly profit Our lord Jesus has lifted my Life am no longer a truck driver!!!🙏❤❤❤
Success doesn't work overnight and nobody becomes a millionaire or billionaire by working for others depending on good investment brings millions of dollars and consistency brings billions
The fuel surcharge also goes down. Are you comparing the fuel costs of drivers using mudflap or large fleets that have "cost plus" agreements with fuel suppliers.
Upstate NY i thought it was improving seeing 3.89-3.99. One word "Mudflap". I'm thinking we're still getting jacked up here. Downstate or PA I'm guessing worse. My truck is parked, running w2 for now with rates under $2 why wear out a used truck.
Just to keep you informed in this side of the world there is like 2 wars now and the oil producing region in the world is a few steps away from mega war, with Isra3l attacking more countries atm starting but not ending with Lebanon and maybe soon syria & Iran, so whoever think oil price will drop is crazy imo
I really don't see this as great news. Fuel prices are dropping because of the drop in crude oil pricing. When crude oil tumbles it signals the economy is weakening overall which means there will also be less freight to move in the near future. Less freight means lower freight rates and less revenue generated for the trucking industry. Any loss in revenue will not be made up in the savings at the fuel pumps.
@@pedgar789 Yes ...but NO ....complete normal and for Volvo and for a Driver that is using his Mind....I'm creeping up to 10 MPG ...but have to admid the loads are often not really heavy plus not doing mountains
Still nickels and dimes and a race to the bottom. You can also hire light skinny truck drivers and only fill the tanks half full to save fuel. This is good if you have a contract, but prices can go the other way and then you losing money with a contract
This video is so misleading. Yes the new truck will get better mileage. Yeah the cost of fuel went down. What about the rest of the costs? The truck payment of new vs used. What is the interest rate on that new truck loan? The cost of insurance new vs used. The ability to repair your own truck vs repairs on a new truck. Come on out of your ivory tower and use some real numbers.
We do many videos assessing the costs of these newer units used. This includes insurance projections. We also do videos on the costs for repairs for these units. We also do videos on truck payments. All the numbers you are requesting can be found in previous videos discussing those topics
Don't worry when things start to get better there will be a driver shortage and 150,000 more new drivers will come to the United States and work for less.. rinse. lather. repeat..
True, but its irrelevant to a lot of your viewers (IMO). You not really saving anything! The moment Brokers see fuel drop by anything more than $.20/gal., they drop freight rate by $.40/mi. Do that math...
And this month, gold is starting to sniff out that inflation will start ramping back up again soon. So rates will get slashed by even more than what the full savings are & parts costs will be soaring again
@@NorthAmerican-Trucking-News we all know what brokers will do here. Nothing against your outfit personally what I'm saying here btw, but also factor in the economy is in a serious slowdown also As for parts costs, commodities have already started going higher again so it'll be a matter of time before we see it in parts costs IMO
The topical insurance policy for the company is increasing by about 8 to 20% plus loads on the load board 0.89 . The industry is not going on the right path
@@waltersettler7404 I don't know that. I meant it as humour. My father used to drive transports and at times I went along with him. He, thankfully quit because it was getting ridiculous. Screams of apocalyptic driver shortage and the net pay goes down and down and you look at who's driving now and you understand.
@@waltersettler7404 I don't know but are they the only company around. I live in a dinky Northern town and see plenty of truck traffic and it is safe to say the drivers ain't cashing in
Thanks for the updates. I completed the dispatcher's course 2 weeks ago and requested the pdf several times but can't get a response back despite sending repeated emails. Please help me regarding the same.
Since you just completed the course! I your own words, no BS did you obtain the knowledge needed to get hired as a dispatcher? Why; I’ve been thinking about taking this course and now actually have the time to do it!
