I was a manager at a Walgreens And when pharmaceuticals would come in during checking packages in doing inventory I would mark not received did this for Xanax, oxycontin, and promethazine pints This lasted for about a year doing it here and there then finally I got caught up for diversion of a controlled substances. Been clean and sober 10 years now.
@@suicideheadaches4460 Yes, I was arrested for six counts of Diversion of a Controlled Substance, which is a state jail felony. Each count carries a maximum sentence of 180 days to 2 years. Fortunately, all the charges were run concurrently, resulting in a sentence of 5 years with 3 years suspended. I was under supervision for the remaining period.. Getting caught was a true blessing for me. I firmly believe that if I hadn't been caught, I would have ended up dead. I was spiraling out of control, battling severe addiction.
@Jason yea I know a guy who got caught recently he was stealing pills out the pill bottles at a pharmacy and the officer said he was going to go to jail but they ended up letting him go saying there was a detective that would contact him but never did.. they even had video proof and he admitted to it and everything.. so that's why I asked. Thanks for sharing boss
That’s so amazing and if he is your biological father, I would love to have a conversation with you. The reason I say that is I have 2 sons and they’re grown men now and I have so many questions. 9:10 damn he did just say West Virginia. My home sweet hillbilly ass home.
@davidbiagi2932 Your comment, no disrespect, doesn't make any sense. How can someone “act” from a written sentence? That's physically impossible. Maybe you could try to word it differently somehow. Is there another way to say that?
I just got 6 months clean after battling with heroin for 20 years and fentanyl for 3 years. Only by the grace of.god and a lil county jail stint. Congrats to this fella. Hopefully he is still doing well. God bless everyone 🙏
Congratulations on getting clean. My brother went through that. My parents helped him every step of the way. I remember talking with my Dad telling him to just let him figure it out and he said just imagine if that was one of my babies would I just let him figure it out or do everything I could for him. Hope you stay clean and healthy and find happiness!
It took my best friend getting 23 years for giving dope to another friend who passed away for my secret life cone to light. I wasn't in trouble but the police seen messages between me and this friend which lead to my family finally finding out and rehab wasn't hard since the door was put out from me. After years of addiction I took the door and have been for 4 years. It's not easy. Live and respect to everyone. Take that step
Congartulations on your clean time. About the amount of time in active addiction w the same substances. Over 4 yrs clean now. I can relate. So now after being clean for a while off that shit the hardest battle is trying to catch up for lost time. 🫡
That was a great show!!!!! Nothing fake about him!!! and I’m with him on laughter! I laugh all the time, sometimes at my own stupid shit that I get myself into, but everybody else around me laughing as well. I like a person that can make me laugh…. having a sense of humor instead of a chip on your shoulder and being able to laugh at yourself and laugh with other people it really seems to balance out the soul. I don’t like hanging around people that aren’t witty or have a sense of humor.
Well how ironic that I have watched almost every single episode of this entire podcast but have been unable to make a single comment because I was “LOCKED UP “ in RU-vid JAIL. The email I received around 4 am eastern standard time Charleston, WV RU-vid sent me the correspondence stating that I had received a community guidelines strike and until the Gods that be decided to post my bail or suck off the judge hell who knows, I would not have the privilege to express my opinions on this platform. Now, every now and then I might blow out of word or something, but you got me wrong. There’s not one thing in anything I’ve ever commented on RU-vid that was bullying or whatever you wanna call it.
I love this dude. Excellent interview Ian. I think my favorite interviews of yours are when you interview someone that is a complete opposite. It makes for great conversation. I've always enjoyed conversations with people I have nothing in common with. I don't know but life should be interesting.
I have never ever believed in the official ("bullchit") story of 9/11... After plane 2 ("missile/drone") went in, I blurted out that it was an inside job... Just no way everything remained that vulnerable after the initial strike... Anyway, something I also remember perfectly, was my brother & i's roommate at the time was an older fella who used to be an Army Ranger for years... Then went on to operate as a mercenary all over the world.... The very first thing he said after I made my statement of inside job, was that it indeed could be an inside job since IMMEDIATELY these fake news bastards somehow knew this "bin laden" character was behind it....& He was supposed to be in Afghanistan....& He straight up said it, "We are going after the opium/the poppy farms/etc"... At the time that was a ridiculous assertion imo (I would've favored terrorists are up to some bullchit over drugs)....but GOOD GRIEF... Just a couple years later and this nation began perhaps the WORST OPIATE ENDEMIC EVER.... EVERY BODY had a pill mill doctor....I remember there were SO DAMN MANY methadone, oxy contin (the pink 30's, the green 90's), oxycodone galore (Percocet, Roxycet, etc., & in every size), lortab in every size, soma, Xanax, Adderall (came years later, but it came hard).....& Dude, he must've nailed it because how else would those satanic big pharma devils have the resources to fulfill all that insane activity/demand. And what's sad is, if u weren't lucky enough to get roped out of that "legalized heroin" lifestyle in time? You probably ended up/died on Fentanyl (killed this dude I knew in that game & the pill mill doctor).
I remember that visit and he told me about how it had a huge affect on him. Almost made me cry when he described his daughter running to him at the end after being scared of him at first... Wow!
How do I get on I'm an excon out of n.m. spent a couple decades in our system but have changed and have plans to start a truck driving program for excons trucking saved my life a d many like us
Nearly 75k subscribers and not even 200 likes what is everyone doing smash that like button let’s get this video over 5k likes should be able do that in a blink of a eye !!!
Watching all these makes me realize that the Job Corp campuses are like Federal Community Corrections. The way things are ran, operated, the dormitories, the $50 a month for basically working full time in the trades-craft classes fixing things and building things for the center.
I went to KJCC and your totally true I was there 08-09 and looking back and explaining it I'm like your Right A low level correction facility it had everything like u said , and drugs , fights etc
I met Jaime when he first came to USP-LEE! We were in the same unit and we played basketball with each other... It's good to see him out here and glad he decided to come on your show. Ian, I saw you on BOTRW so I've been watching your show. Good job bro! I was interviewed on BOTRW over a year ago too
Jamie is right about the fighting thing. I am 2 inches shorter than Jamie, but I have a big build. I weighed about 250 when I was in, so I never had to fight. I am not a fighter, and can't fight to save my life, but no one messed with me due to my size. It made my time a lot easier than it would be for some of the smaller guys on the yard. I was lucky.
He sounds just like the a****** stepson that I had. I would have done anything for him but I finally just gave up on him after a year and a 1/2 of putting up with his b*******.
Thanks for having Jamie on your channel. I got out after turning 30 and the journey to find your place in this world can be very defeating. Jamie’s story was inspiring and what he said about legacy hit hard for me.
Berryville! Winchester! Larry Flynt! Remember him. :) LOL Jamie reminds me of friends of friends of mine - There was one person I knew who was a link to them; she moved in both my little box o' dots good boy community and in a ... different one. It was amazing when I think back on it.
Truthfully I want to know why the feds do not go after these pharmaceutical companies. They are some of the worst drug pushers out there. They created oxy and peddled it through the doctors which contributed to the opioid crisis. The sad part is the pharmaceutical companies knew the meds were addictive.
YO IAN, I love psychology... and something like that stems from 2 ways either A 1 person does it people notice and copy.. B you find out that alot of people around have a dirty jacket so you check paper work from now on and then it copys
This guy is by far the best guest you have had on the show. He has a gift for speaking in front of a camera. He should start his own podcast, with the amount of stories and life experiences it would be a hit. I hope Jamie see’s this comment.
Every guy ive ever met with a super long biker type beard, and that kind of swagger and accent is always the coolest guy with the best life stories you will ever meet.
I found your channel afew months ago!!!!!!!!!!!....... and I am so so impressed with your approach in how you conduct yourself and how you interview your guests!!!!!!!!!!!!!!......... young man in my opinion you are far far years ahead in your mindset and thinking abilities and it comes through in a massive way!!!!!!!!!!......I might have a story for you??????... something for me to ponder on????????.......but enough of that just keep on doing what you are doing!!!!!!!!.....smart/ fast thinking/ and very respectful to your guests!!!!!!!!!...... extremely well done and outstanding content and channel 💯💯💯
I was there for the introduction of oxi's. The reason we started was because buying 10 vikes would cost us 100. And the oxi's were way better. Ruined my life for a good 7 years clean and sober now have been for years. Great podcast. Great stories
Congratulations on being clean and sober sir. I’ve never done drugs other than pot when I was younger but saw my brother struggle with it for a few years. My Mom and Dad really had his back through it all. Even after he stole from them and everything and everyone wrote him off they never did. He owns his own business now, and welds and has a family. Stay clean my friend!
There’s not actually 80 percs in an 80 mg….each percs/Tec is 5mg so an 80 is actually 16 Perc/Tec in one…the amazing green goblins the green gold lol those were the best things ever at first
13 minutes in i can totally relate to this guy.. he has a few years on me im 43 so i wouldve been class of 97.. introduced to drugs the same way .. crooked docs .. just crazy shit ..my father messed around on my mom's too..
Ian I’ve been watching your channel for a while now, you have a lot of potential but if I could make some recommendations: have more structure in your interviews. When a guest starts talking about when their prison bid starts, start from the beginning, ask them what prison, what it was like, etc. just more structure and more detailed
Yo I fuck with this dude Jamie. Crazy he said that trip to Baltimore changed his life around. I’m from west Baltimore the majority of my high school class is either dead, strung out or in prison today. Lost my brother and good friend to fentanyl 2 years ago. I can think back to riding in a van or Cherokee with 4-5 buddies and all are dead today except me. Shit destroyed my city forreal
Good interview. Still need work on the interviewing skills.. sometimes the guest is getting in depth and u step in, cut them off and lowkey change the direction of the point he was tryna make
No love for pedophiles but setting another prisoner up to add more time to sentence on a bet is so bad. There was the story of the guy that was put in the same cell as the guy that raped his sister and he murdered him. Rapist got what he deserved but they should of never put the other guy in that position. It's fucked up.
@@ianbickCT hey Ian, can I recommend that you put links to the full videos in the description of the shorts, I think that will help get more traffic to your channel from the shorts. Anyway great interview man, keep it up💪 you're getting better and better.
Seen this guy on Chad's show and he said he never put in work. How is he respected if he never put in work. I have never heard of this. Highly suspect. Not trustworthy at all.
I don't think he should openly saying on a podcast that he was selling his suboxones though! Just admitted to something never caught or charged for. That's not very smart, especially since he said his friend used to spout off about what they did and thats how he got busted for the pharmacy deal in the 1st place! 🤷♂️
"Best predictor of future behavior is past behavior" is such a good but tough quote for an addict to hear lol especially when you know you've changed but no one around you can believe it
I haven't drank or did anything but weed for the past 12 years. I hurt my back last year and I've lost 35 lbs cause I don't lift or work construction since I hurt my back. Everyone but my best friend and roommate thinks I'm using again. I'm like mother fukers....damn.
@@dangrimes5078 Yes. i started hitting the gym twice a week doing leg days and started a painting job probably just a few days after my original comment. ive done concrete work the past two saturdays and im feeling great. no back pain from my injury just from being on my knees painting baseboards. Im currently looking for something that pays better but wanted to see how my back felt doing something physical full time. the gym is really helping me feel better overall .
Except Jack off to the pictures of ya kids. If I had a chomo as a cell mate I would try to put him to put him down for the long nap. Best cell mate is someone you can workout with and joke around with , both of ya have to bring something to the table.
Same w me! I dropped out at 18, 1994....I hustled in hs I sold cigarettes, blow pops, cans of tobacco, used profits to buy weed!😂😂😂 only thing I can say proudly is I stayed out of trouble. Went to jail 3 xs for bs records clean as a whistle
I always thought when they did stuff like this it was (on purpose) not by accident. They would put someone crazy in your cell just before you are ready to go home to try to get you in more trouble.
Those were the fuckin days back then. School was a social hour it’s wasn’t anything like how now is and really a lot of people didn’t finish hs back then our generation was really different. Also it was totally normal to have an official job at 14 yrs old and usually you probably worked with your parent from about anywhere from 8-11 yrs old by 14 a lot of places like retail and food absolutely hired and kids drive at about 14/15 yrs old and not get caught like now it’s just sooo different I’m really glad that I’m as old as I am and got to experience some of these times. Also EVERYONE DID DRIGS AND PILLS WERE HUUUUGGGGEEE I mean “YUGE” and Fla was covered in pill mills.
Mr bik I'm only 21 but please please let me on your show you can talk to me before hand I'm not a felon but I promise I can do this show on legit story's not for my benefit but to help people younger to me if not thank you for your show
I have a mix of y’all’s stories Jamie your story really hits home for me I did 8 years got out and fucked up again and one day I just thought I had to get straight now I’m starting my own welding company. Thank you bro for making me realize that grinding is the way to go!!! Thank you guys!
His childhood reminds me of me as a kid. I did really well in school but afterschool i wanted to run around hustle rice krispy treats and fruit roll ups and play video games fuck homework😂
There's not 13 of each suit, spades is long suited & before the game starts the 2 of hearts & the 2 of diamonds are taken out of the deck replaced by the 2 jokers being the top 2 spades (or trump) the colored joker being the tops. So 15 spades, 13 clubs, 11 diamonds, 11 hearts. This guy's guna get panties pealed back on the pinochle table if they're running a grid. Listening to his description on how to play I can guarantee he's one of the lames that's paying out each month on pay day store day when the grid re sets. I use to love playing cards with guys like him that thought they knew what they were doing when in reality had no clue.
Great to see your trajectory go up and up mate. You've improved so quickly. Knowing when to speak and when to stfu. Good production value, editing is on point. Fucking perfect. Keep going my man. You're an inspiration!
Addiction is like being controlled by the most cold hearted human alive. You begin to not care nor think of anyone or anything except yourself/your addiction and how you can keep getting high. I lost a 10yr marriage because of my anger problems (never put my hands on her in a violent way) and my addictions. I was addicted to alcohol and opiates. By the grace of God I’ve been sober since 2017.
