Yes this is a very good decision but a lot of indians mentally living abroad is better than living in India, why not try to improve the condition and situation in India and fight for your rights instead of looking to the west as no matter how well you do in the west u are still a 2nd class citizen but most indians,Pakistanis or from other Asians country once they are settled in a western country they brag about it and show off but honestly deep down when you take into consideration the value of living in US,UK or other European countries compared to other asian countries living in our own country is cheaper, healthier and safer😮😮😮😮

And this idiom is used when you aren't able to achieve something, not when you don't want to achieve something. In case of moving abroad, fruits are getting high salary, cleaner surrounding, better infrastructure, less corruption, less crowd etc. India is constantly improving in all these aspects. What I mentioned in previous comment were the things holding people back even when they have the means to settle abroad. And for majority of the people 'the things holding back' are much more important than the grapes.
