Because that has the potential to be dope AF . But I am worried about Disney’s grubby little paws getting into it and ruining it.
Nice rundown. This whole episode seemed like each writer added something without knowing what the other writers added. Then they put it together, and someone filmed it anyway.
It seems that's how Disney makes Star Wars now. Instead of one writer having a vision, they let someone come up with the concept, and then give the writing duties to a bunch of gender studies majors fresh outta college or a bunch of activists with an agenda who have never written anything worth a shit, and let them destroy an IP.

I did. The consensus is that Rotten Tomatoes is protecting the show. But, at this point, I don't know how anyone with a brain hasn't seen the conversations surrounding the Acolyte. Even ppl at my bar who aren't as plugged in to this stuff seem to have heard how bad it is. Of course, some will check it out to see if it's THAT bad, but after one or two episodes, most will know. Especially if they make it to ep 3!
