Damn. I gotta say-thank you for your initial Fit videos! They were so thorough and well-filmed and they gave me the confidence to wrench on my GD3. I had never done so much as an oil change in any previous car, and your videos tipped the scales! I will miss seeing the Fit, but I appreciate what you've done and I look forward to see what you do with your other cars.
Dang, I totally forgot that I had sent the first dimpled pedal to you. I'm sad to see the GD leave the channel, but am definitely sticking around for what's to come. As a person that switches between a CT200h and a GD daily, I agree with your overview of the CT200. It's a great car for comfort and gas mileage (I often get mid 40s) but the practically just isn't there. The facelift GEs have more sound deadening, but the GKs are a completely different level of comfort. I wasn't a fan of them at first either, but in Sport trim with some nicer wheels they actually look pretty good.
I found your channel towards the end of my build (when I got the Hybrid Racing goodies 😎) and was so impressed by the quality. As a fellow Texan I’m sad to see it go before I could check it out but look forward to more vids and maybe I’ll run into you soon!
Sad to see it go. I just bought a K24Z7 and transmission to drop in the GE8. If you want to keep some fit viewers you can always come help with the swap lol. Just started taking the fit apart this week. Should be fun... Maybe.
Just wanted to comment on the last part of your video mentioning loosing subs. I don't believe that, I have 2011 fit and I had a bad clutch, it's fixed, but I thought it was the master cylinder, before I knew it wasn't. I saw the whole video of the delete delay system and I learned a lot. So I don't believe you are gonna loose any subs though. Good luck finding the right car dude. Great videos, keep them alive!
