You don't need to tips, and nobody get mad at that. Just so weird. Don't go to the fancy place and you don't need to tips. ^_^ Anyway language barrier sometimes just good because they won't ask you for any tips at all :).

The electricity bill will killing you if you use that much air air condition. Only for a night time in my house in our bed room. Maybe for public bussine. The corruption in vietnam is so bad. That why you need to tips the guys in the airport for illegal thing, but alway happen if you a vietnamese or vietnamese refuge not a normal tourist at all due to the polictical things. Cummunist country never change their law they don't care about law the goverment just care about the power not law and citizen that why people just don't follow the rule because the goverment doesn't follow their own rule at all, if you are a communist member you free to do some crazy stuff.
