I faced same issue with my keyboard .I mistakenly ordered a blue switch gaming keyboard instead of red switch. And they said it won't be returned as our product delivered is true and its your fault and nothing from our side. Sad that they advertised the "return policy" so much and no info was given about the "no return policcy"

I brought a electronic product and it was a defective piece. The review is good everything is good but the only thing is that the product is it damaged internally. Now I can't return it nor I can replace it sitting in my home. Now this policy charge sucks, it's better to move to offline purchase. Online purchase only is advantageous only if you get discounts.

Experiencing the same thing, bought ring light and mount from amazon, but the mount is not working as i thought. Now both the products are cannot be returned although they are new (returning within 24Hrs). Now looking forward to resell it a camera studio near my location, I hope they buy it from me.
