Shoe slipping up and down at the back? Here's how to add a Heel Grip. 

To stop your shoe from slipping off your heel you can stick a heel grip in.
Before removing the backing, try the heel grip for fit in your shoe.
Keep the flat edge at the top of the shoe.
Fold the heel grip in half so you can line it up in the middle.
Stick it in and focus on getting one half stuck in the correct place.
Next do the other half.
Give them a really firm squash, to help the glue stick.
Use a finger or shoe horn to make sure the heel grip doesn't get caught on your heel the first few times you put your foot in your shoe.
