Some people put a smartwatch in their swim cap right next to waterproof BT headphones and have reported it's possible to use BT that way (with spotify/what-have-you streaming from watch memory). It's obviously not optimal as you'd either need a second smartwatch (and a bunch of extra money lol) or you'd lose your lap count/heartrate monitoring, but I've heard it's at least possible. That being said, mp3/onboard storage on the headphones themselves would be the more reliable option regardless. Though it does suck how most people just use streaming apps these days and actual music file ownership is a lot less common/straightforward. Would be great to have a shokz app that you can upload spotify playlists to and it would treat them as onboard files/folders/albums on the headphones, the same way smartwatches handle it. I'm sure it's possible, but probably costs extra for licensing or what-have-you so they'll just do the cheapest/most straight forward option (despite everyone now just using, and paying monthly for streaming options...)
