I wonder if the same sequence will happen in this series just like the Philly one. Knicks lose game 3 Thibs make adjustments defensively and win game 4. Game 5 goes down to last 30 seconds where Knicks can clinch with comfortable 3 possession lead but somehow blow it in front of home crowd. And somehow Thibs reaches deep to win game 6 with yet another defensive adjustment without OG. This may happen too in the 3rd round vs either Cavs or c’s.

As a Knicks fan from Harlem. Stephen A is right in this instance. I’ve grew watching the Knicks losing time and time again. Bad contracts, Dolan messing things up for the future, stars not coming. I’m happy with the way the team and culture is doing, I’m just afraid of James Dolan finding some way to fuck this up. Because it’s happened too many times in the past. Cam’ron said the same exact thing, he’s not really excited for the Knicks because they’ve been so bad that them going to the playoffs is having NYC act like they’re winning a championship. Until they get over that hump, which is going to the NBA finals, I have to love them from a far and be cautious. That’s just reality, I’ve suffered in my 29 years of being a Knicks fan….its very easy to say they’re going in the right direction…. But based on history it’s ended in catastrophic results. We beat a Sixers team who had a more talented active roster than the Knicks. We're up 2-1 versus a team with no injuries while we lost 2 more starters for the rest of the series. The Knicks are not winning on talent, aside from Brinson, this team is scrappy and play hard. It's not a fluke that we're highly competitive. GS had Klay, Curry, Kuminga and Green healthy but missed the play-offs so who is Draymond to make any comment. Yes he has 4 rings but it sure wasn't because of him only. Just keeping it real.
