I’ve heard every take except the truth. Ant can’t guard Luka or Kyrie, and as solid as Kyrie and role players have been, Luka can’t be guarded, is the best player on the floor, and manipulates the whole game whether it’s drawing doubles and kicking out for open threes, throwing lobs, or taking the game over when it matters.
@@Kobieguwappp Luka is the best player on the team. He draws more doubles than anyone else in the league. This allows Kyrie to have better options on offense.
They don’t want to give the mavs credit for anything. Why did their bigs not play well? It’s cause the mavs bigs are really good, more athletic and active than minnesotas (not saying overall better). Dallas has been doing this since right after the trade deadline to everyone smh. I expect wolves to come out stronger in game 2 and play better but stop discrediting Dallas it’s pathetic.

kyrie irving is the the difference his maturity every hustle play he does on both sides of the court to get his team in a good spot. Giving up shots so he can pass out to lively or washington so they can gain confidence and then he can score whenever he wants. It’s all those things that make the mavs better that’s it both teams are really good but experience always wins.

their logic doesnt make sense cause the reason why the mav's defense is so good is because of their ability to crash the paint on defense. KATs never gonna have a post touch where he doesn't get swarmed. His ball security and passing is also not good enough to pass out of those situations either. You kill the mavs through perimenter isos and 3pointers. Thats what happened in most of their losses

Wolves didn’t play well, terrible in fact in the final 4 minutes. We lost by 3, not 23. No blowouts in this series. They are big boys, they will make it a series.

The media will run with anything. Anthony didn't call out Kyrie Irving; he just said that he would be guarding him and that it's going to be fun. That's not calling someone out.
“Calling someone out” can mean several things: 1. Rebuking someone for their poor performance. 2. Saying someone’s name. 3. Challenging someone to a duel/competition/etc. ANT clearly called Kyrie out, and Kyrie knew it, cause he responded with a 24-point first half.

Anthony Edwards is more tired than Kyrie because he actually plays defense. He doesnt switch often and they set multiple picks on him. Fighting through screens is work in itself let alone having to be a primary scorer. Stephen A should know that
Kat gets fouled a lot and gets zero calls when he attacks the paint. He’s probably frustrated but he should definitely shoot more middys cause he can shoot over almost anybody.
