Face: MELTED! I TRIED TO TELL YOU!!!🤣The way you shouted "Hallelujah" at the end TOOK ME OUT! If that song doesn't make you wanna grab a tambourine and praise dance, something is wrong lol
@@creativecrewfam keep going down the rabbit hole. I don't think you'll be disappointed with whatever song you choose next. I think you'd really enjoy "Follow the Light" in particular, though.
My friend your face said it all. Loved it, very honest and heartfelt. I don't know any Loops fans who didn't react to this song with some varient of how you just reacted. Such a joy to get to share it with you. Just for you reacting comfort level there are no bad DLoops songs...none. So you can react away with total confidence. Thanks.
Lovely reaction. Let’s see if I’m first telling you this: all vocals including choirs are sung by Jonah Nilsson, the drummer Aron pretending to sing is just for the video. Jonah’s range is unbelievable, on his new solo project Now or never he’s singing all voices in choirs from bright boy soprano to baryton, check out Last Farewell.
Birger, I totally agree, Jonah’s latest solo album is a complete masterwork…. Also apologies for having doubled up on some of your comments here, - saw them only just now. Yep, these cats have creativity and humor when it comes to filming their videos 😉
Both of Jonah's parents are church choir directors, so that's probably where he gets his gospel flavor. (he's said he mostly listened to and trained in classical in school, adding jazz later. Both Aaron and Henrik studied jazz). Loved your reaction - I'm crazy infatuated with Dirty Loops. So. Good.
Jonah is just a phenomenal singer and his voice and range are otherworldly. What an amazing talent omg his brothers who also throw down incredible talent as well
The singer did two solo projects that would melt your face too. AND he plays the drums in them too. Why not? He OOZES talent. Check out Jonah Nilsson "Coffee Break" and his cover of Michael Jackson's "Bad"
This is my new fav band! They are sooo talented. I love that it’s not just the vocalist, but each and every musician is sooooo tight and hitting the groove. Love the funk happening with this group.
Your face was all of us the first time hearing this. I’ve heard it dozens of times and still make that face! Yes sir, it is Aron, the drummer singing as well. Try Breakdown, Rock you, It hurts. All amazing.
That’s right, nezkeys, exactly what happened. The guys swapping instruments in the video and Aron (drums) singing together with Jonah, was just to pull our legs 😉 Jonah did all the vocals. Mind you, Aron came up with them and gave Jonah a chalkboard drawing of the different vocal ‘characters’. Jonah then tried to make the various choirs etc. sound distinct and different from each other -crazy stuff 🤣
My god, that was one hell of an entertaining and funny reaction! 😅 I loved how you send things flying, whatever was at hand 🤣 Also very much appreciated your analysis of Jonah’s voice and the genre, -super interesting, thanks for that 🙏 This song is dope, absolutely dope, Jonah’s singing is out of this world, Henrik the bassist has the most beautiful sound and way of slapping, popping and driving this thing. I’m also in awe of Aron, the drummer, and his understated way of playing, yet so tasty and skillful… Yes, it was him singing along in this vid, as did Henrik ;) but as another commentator once said, just only for the purpose of filming. In reality Jonah did all the vocals (please someone correct me if I’m wrong). This is such a feel-good song, one of my favourites on my playlist. Looking forward to you sharing more jaw-dropping Dirty Loops with us, man. ‘Breakdown’ might be another singer’s dream come true 💛
@@TheChrisheath7 yes, an incredible vocal range! Quincy Jones said of Jonah: “ He’s got soul, and one of the biggest vocal ranges…” or something to that effect. The ‘soul’ bit is what gets me most, though. Yeah, Jonah can sing like a whole keyboard section, his melismas and arpeggios up and down like you wouldn’t believe (who needs keys when you have such a voice! 😉 Someone once said that he must ‘have frets in his vocal chords’ lol!) But for me it’s the beauty and versatility in his voice, his phrasing and musical creativity…. The writing and arranging of all the parts is so artfully done, too, so that individual parts (including vocal highlights) come out just at the right time. I know that Jonah, Aron and Henrik’s all think and create their songs with that in mind, as does Simon Petrén, their outstanding mixing and mastering engineer. So much talent and hard work…. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I have an acapella suggestion I'd like to put forth. It's out of this world. Jacob (the artist) was 19 when he did this. He sang, arranged, produced the whole thing in his bedroom studio and just for giggles won a Grammy for it. I'm wondering if you've heard of _Jacob Collier_ before? If not as a vocal instructor and music lover you need to know this already legendary figure of modern music. For your listening delight may I suggest: _Jacob Collier's_ version of the *"Flintstones"*, yes that *"Flintstones."* He and Jonah (Dirty Loops) are good friends and have collaborated.
@@creativecrewfam your reaction was very much expected! 😁 You might wanna listen to "Breakdown" for a more mellow tune but still with those gorgeous vocals.
Chris, Chris, Chrisssssssssssssssssss!!!! This is maybe the 5th time I've watched this wonderfully entertaining reaction. WhaaaaHoooooo! More please. Also, if you ever have time, check out Aurora ! Runaway or Murder Song live from the Nobel Peace Prize Concert. You will not be disappointed !
…although he does some backing vocals in their song “RockYou”, but in this one it’s just for the camera and for fun. Jonah sings all of the lead and background vocals, including all of the ‘choirs’ etc. Yeah, all you can do when listening to this is throwing pencils and things…. 🤣 it’s soo good 💛
haunting you with ... have you found anything better in 2 years ? ... im a bass player ... henrik is a monster ... you look like a singy guy ... whats with scaninavian jacko ? jonas? ... dude can actually sing
