That bass player rocks man .... which guitarist doesn’t dream having a bass player like that in your band , Shooter Jennings rocks man ... it’s in his blood !

Ha I got hammered on my b-day a few years back and noticed the live entertainment looked so familiar till I realized it was Shooter's bass player Ted Russell Kamp. Hammered birthday me thought it was the coolest thing ever and I'm sure I talked his ear off but he was a really nice dude. He mentions he plays a lot in Europe and was focused on his distinct style of Americana. I bought 2cds and proceded to lose them within minutes. Really down to earth guy who seemed genuinely floored someone recognized him.

He loves his mother so much and they are sweet together. I wrote Jessi once to tell her what a wonderful son she had raised because Shooter had done something sweet for me when hurricane Katrina hit my town. Sweet Jessi called me on moms day to thank me. Im still in awe. Will always love Jessi, Shooter and of course, Waylon.

ok well this is slightly late but, Keith Urban is an excellent guitarist actually...pop country? YES he is..but he can play. McGraw and Chesney are now pop- even though Chesney didn't start that way really..:(
