It’s not that the law doesn’t apply to her, it’s whether or not the law is lawful. The government may have overstepped it’s authority. Just like the CDC forbidding evictions of those not paying rent. Her business certainly wasn’t doing anything dangerous. I can see why she was elected.
@@jimziemer474 if its a law, doesn't matter if you deem it lawful. If you are Christian, like most Americans, you would know that the Bible says to follow all laws... funny how that works. How about we let all citizens decide what they "think" is lawful
@@onemail9721 My point was Governors cannot make up laws, that’s for the state legislature to do. Many businesses have legally challenged closure orders and won because the governor or mayor over stepped his/her authority. Many restaurants in Illinois are open even though there is a state mandate to remain closed.
@@onemail9721 No, what I am saying is the CDC does not have the authority to make laws. That’s why people were still being evicted in many areas until the second Cares Act was passed. Now it is by law. But still, the government should have no authority to suspend evicts unless the government will recompense landlords for rent due.
You have no idea what the 2nd ammendment actually means or even what the phrase "shall not be infringed" means in court. Go ask a lawyer. Also this has nothing to do with that anyways. Goddamn conservatives are the biggest dumbest chicken shit lying asshats in the free world.
