Just looking up some old PS2 fighting games, and I found out about this one. My dude, your video is the only good one about this game on RU-vid; thanks for playing through it. I'm subbing; I like your chill style and I like the games that interest you! Btw, if you wanna get the gist of what Japanese games are saying, try setting up your phone camera on a tripod and using, like, the Google Translate app? I've got a JP PS2 with a few import fighters, and while its always better to just know what's going on like with licensed games (that's how I got through/am getting through Kenichi: The Mightiest Disciple, Soul Eater Battle Resonance and Yu Yu Hakusho Forever right now), for original games, its usually pretty helpful. Like, It came through for giving me a good idea as to what's going on in Lightning Legend and Critical Blow, which actually both have a lot of dialogue. It'll "flip" between a few possible translations before settling down, but its easy enough to get an understanding for every statement while you look at it. And it's always helpful for menus and system messages and stuff. It should help you out quite a bit, at least until you learn some Japanese ;) It seems to work pretty well for this game. For example, at 1:57 - 2:04, it gives the translation: "Kujii-chan (you can figure out that's Jichan) The truth of the Nadagami Kageryu is in the way of life: It's in morals and self-defense!" and then at 2:06: "Don't kill people under any circumstances!" That's the kind of thing you can expect from phone apps. It's actually not bad! I used to just muscle my way through imports through trial-and-error, but I really like having my phone cam there now too.

I really like anime, sad the manga of him in his childhood never got fully translated.
