A true King in the world of handguns!! I never thought I'd have the privilege to shoot this gun, but today one showed up on my doorstep! What an awesome gun to behold. With it's excellent trigger, butter smooth recoil, and excellent accuracy, this has been a true highlight of my shooting journey. If only I had a suppressor and wasn't in fire season! I would have loved to see how this amazing pistol would perform at distance; hopefully another opportunity will come along. Thanks for watching!

After the Parkland mass killing, my state initiated a school marshal program and I bought one of these. I even corresponded, via email, with the man who designed these guns for Dan Wesson. I bought it for $6000.00, because at the time, the closest thing to it was the Glock 20. The Glock 20 is a great gun, but I wanted the best gun. I had a Dan Wesson Valor and V-Bob, so I knew how accurate and well made their guns were. Since marshals were limited to conceal carrying a handgun, I wanted a gun that fired a powerful round, had a great trigger and long barrel for improved accuracy and had a high round count. I thought the Fury was the best the option for the nightmare scenario of having to confront a potential killer that was armed with a long gun; so, even though it was insanely expensive, I didn't balk at the price. Fortunately, I never had to test the Fury or myself in such a situation. Thanks for the video. This gun was ahead of it's time.

I'm curious if some hotter 10mm loads would work out the feeding kinks. Also, it probably doesn't help the gun is near brand new, hoping a break in does it some benefit. It was fun watching the video on it, glad you enjoyed it! AUG video next????

It definitely needs a good break in; the manual states a 500 round break in is necessary. I feel like I need to wait for a rain to shoot the other. It's a tinder box down range, unfortunately.

Own and carry the specialist 10mm and 6” trp which has rmr and same sight setup as this one…$2200 for it and it’s been pretty good so far…10mm is just hard to feed in 1911s seems like and may just be because of the cartridge size/length itself compared to a chubby stubby .45…I handload nuclear stuff for mine so it does pretty good…

I don't know what DW does, but every 10mm has issues with non hot hollow points... Their 45s are great though. Has this one worked out it's issues?

I didn't get to shoot this one enough to make any definitive findings, but it ran well with American Eagle. The armscor stuff was having issues.

Not mine. Neither my Valor or my V-Bob has had a hiccup.

@@traeucity6087 my valor had no hiccups during break in period and still no hiccups. My Razorback unfortunately I had to send back 3 times. But it’s running great now

@@syruplus , I guess I forgot that the Valor is the flagship gun. That's probably why I haven't experienced the same issues as other Dan Wesson owners. I'm glad the issues were resolved with your Razorback. Stay dangerous.

@@ironridgeoutdoors For 6, you should have the features and hand work of a Supergrade or Nighthawk Custom. I'm sure it's a nice gun, but who insists on putting a suppressor on it? Just sayin.'

You cant use weak 10mm to break in your DW . Only use ammo with 1200fps or more. That’s the problem I’m seeing

That very well could be. This was at the height of the ammo shortage, so 10mm was extremely hard to find at that time.

@@ironridgeoutdoors aghhh gotcha , no worries man still a awesome and beautiful firearm . Would love to have that one in my collection. I have the Razorback 10mm auto and love that pistol . Shoots like a dream . I shoot DoubleTap 180 grain FN and cycles those flawlessly. Cheers 🍻
