Lovely, I see some amazing shorts which was not included in the initial video like hands in focus short and the spinning beauty if I can name them .Amazing work, I am subscribing
Absolutely excellent work Alexandru 👏 I love my FX6 😍 but I miss the focus tracking so much too and I hope Sony will solve this problem with a firmware update 💪🏼 hopefully 🙏 best cinematic greetings from🇩🇪 my friend
I don't know what's going on but RU-vid is introducting a lot of noise on my footage, this is getting very frustrating since I want to showcase the best quality here. This is how the ad should look like: vimeo.com/647025169
I agree. On most of the shoots the jewelry which is the "actor" here, is out of focus. AF is great when you need face/eyes in focus. Aperture 1.2 is nice but the price you pay is thet the product is not in focus most of the time :-/
breath taking footages, it's really surprising what people can do with their talent. hope to achieve something like this someday. amazing job 👏. can you please share what frame rate the commercial is shot at and is it 4K down sampled to 1080p?
Hi! I really loved this, all the shots look amazing. Had to subscribe right away. I was wondering tho, production question, did the studio provided fake walls? Just asking cuz I would like to create my own studio with customisable design, where you could choose walls, furniture, etc. Love to see your next project
"What a lovely house" -> Spoiler: It's FAKE! Nooooo! Great video. I have 1 question and 2 tips that might help: Question: You said the shoot took about 2 hours. Was that with or without the setup (walls/lights/H&M/etc)? Tip 1: When doing a special effect you are unsure of it's great that you brought your laptop and tried it on set, but you can also try it a few days before at your house with you as an actor. Especially for this effect, which is pretty reproduceable regardless of who's in front of the lens. Then you'll have more confidence the next day and know what to expect. You can even bring your laptop with that Test Project and just swap out the footage if need be (so, much faster workflow on set and not much extra work since you went through the process of testing the effect anyway). Tip 2: When using Marks you can have a simple clamp belt (like that of a fanny pack) and painter's tape with the belt going through the hole. Then whenever you pull out a piece of tape, the roll spins, giving you as much as you need. *Another tip related to this (but useful even if you don't use a belt) has to do with leaving an easy non-stick part on the tape for easier use: When you pull out the length you need all you do is flip and twist the tape 90 degrees, so that it forms a triangle with the glue sides facing each other. Now the edge of the roll becomes your "cutter", because it's solid and at 90 degrees, if you pull the tape towards the roll it will cut it, leaving that non-stick triangle on the tape roll for easier future use. And if you do this all the time that means that the previous triangle edge will be present on all the strips that you use on the floor, making the Marks also easy to remove from that surface. With a little practice, you can even do this one-handed :) All the best and Happy Holidays!
