I really like this style of video, we get to see what thought went into every shot and I feel like I get to learn more from you this way. I just bought my first camera, a Sony a6400 and I'm trying to shoot as much as possible so I get used to it and see what looks best

Not sure if the wobbles on the time-lapse were from windy conditions or because the ibis wasn't turned off. Either way the clouds looked so dope passing by

Not entirely- will def be using it on some future projects but the EOS R remains my go-to for vlogging/photography so I'll still be using it primarily. Panasonic's current lens lineup for the L mount is pitiful (but supposedly expanding significantly soon) but with access to the entire Sigma ART line I wouldn't see it being an issue

Aidin! You really inspired me. I'm about to buy the Cannon EOSr. But I have a question. I was thinking of shooting in 1080 and export in 4k for RU-vid. What do you think? I know you know about the 4k crop so will a wider lens compensate for that? Last question what lenses do you us? I'd like to buy them all LOL

I really like shooting at 50fps - so it would be 1080p for meon.this camera. I've heard the 1080 is very good on the S5 tho. Im not sure why this is because the S1H does have good 1080p.

16-35, 70-200 2.8, and 50mm 1.4 (all Panasonic L mount)

Da heck?! I have the bell turned on yet I didn't get the notification.. I opened the sub box and found this masterpiece. Anyways, what are your thoughts on the brand new 5K GoPro hero 9? I have a budget of 500 bucks.. and for 500 bucks in India, the only two good 4k cameras are the Panasonic Lumix G7 and the GoPro Hero 9... Personally, I bought a GoPro compatible FPV drone a couple of days back which is why I'm tempted to buy the hero 9 over the G7. And btw, do you think it's possible to shoot good talking head videos like you with the GoPro hero 9 and good lighting?

Yeppp RU-vid's notification system is rather trash sometimes. I've never really gotten into action cams but they're pretty restrictive tools- if FPV is your main thing it's def the way to go, but the G7 is a more well rounded tool that you can use for a variety of projects. A GoPro could get usable talking head shots with optimal lighting but definitely won't be able to mimic the look I get here

@@AidinRobbins yeah the bokeh and the tight focal length, and the DSLR look is a must have... But, since I already own a Sony a5000, and since I'm also gonna be doing fpv, I guess the GoPro is my choice... I can upgrade to a Sony a6100 down the line hopefully 🙏

Depends on which A7S! The new A7SIII is definitely more powerful, but it's also much more expensive. Any other A7S model and I'd say the S5 wins as it's newer and designed to dominate the $2000 price range. But it always depends on the individual :)
