Yeah I'm surprised he doesn't have more especially with the quality of his videos & diff hunts, bow builds etc he does. It'd be super cool to see him and Steve Rinella or Clay from MeatEater and or with the SeekOne guys Collab on some different hunts.
Anyone else notice that after the first shot, he has 4 arrows in his quiver. After the second shot, he only has 2 arrows? Where did the other arrow go? I don't think we saw everything.......
Chris I love the content you continue to put out!! Keep it up man! You really should drop a video of whats in your day pack, I think it would be very informational especially for those new archers out there.
I was staying in central Nebraska pipelining around 2009-2010 in a town called Lexington right off of I-80 actually I was staying at the lake just south of there but the mule deer ended up being tons of fun I spent alot of time chasing one group around the same type of ground but the buck wasnt big enough I did end up connecting with a nice whitetail in late December with a bow anyways great video I enjoy them all keep up the good work you make it look easy
4 arrows in the quiver after shot 1, 2 arrows after shot “2”. We missed something. This is 3 videos in a row that feature less than ideal shot placement.
You need to talk Kolby into giving you a coupon code to advertise on the channel , that way you can track how much business Ultraview is getting from your channel cause I’m betting it’s a lot ! And I need a break , my wife says I spend to much on UV site 😅
Hey Chris what's the chances of you helping me get fitted into a new Mathew's Bow my friend? Looking for a 3-D set up and also able to take out on a Hunt as well when needed .
Can you please do a video on how to set up the new ultra view 4 pin sight. Want to buy it but just don’t know how I’d make it work with my spot hog sight tape to correlate with the 4th pin floater
Would love to experience something like this one day might night be able to afford it just yet but ultimately before I go I need to do a spot and stalk on an elk or mule deer w a bow congratulations brother amazing job
In the last two hunts Chris has posted I have noticed the poor shots on the deer which then require a follow up shot. Maybe it is just how I was taught to hunt, but if you aren’t 100% sure that your shot will be fatal then don’t take the shot and rather wait for another opportunity. I would appreciate everyone’s thoughts and insights on this as I am from South Africa so maybe we do things differently?
That’s exactly how I was taught as well, always make sure you’ve got the best shot possible. Even when doing this, things can happen, especially when using a bow. The hunter should do their best to get the best shot they can but lots of variables can happen when shooting.
I’d much rather take a shot at 20 yards than have to take a shot at 5. It’s harder when you’re that close. Your arrow doesn’t hit where you’re aiming when you’re that close. Try it on a target and you’ll see why he hit where he did. I don’t fault him at all.
@@robburton3255 i completely agree with you and i do understand the whole concept about closer distances and shooting at severe angles, i just don’t really understand taking a shot like that
Junk expandable. That should have passed through and buried in the dirt. Expandable should be banned. Fixed cut on contact only, preferably a solid single bevel.
you need to come out with your 'dirt camo' shirts and pants......olive drab.....and brown dirt clothing is a thing....bring it to life! need some old time cotton camo sweats in woodland pants and tops....regular crew and hoodie.....zip an option....go to the Carolina's and bring to life some old time cotton mills....made in USA....you disappear way quicker than 'camo boy' 😁
