THIS IS SOOO FUN TO WATCHH!!😭😭 I CAN SEE AND FEEL THE PASSION AND WORK Y'ALL PUT IN THIS!!😭 THIS IS ITTT!!😭😭 THIS IS WHAT BEING A CREATIVE IS ALL ABOUT!!!😭🔥🏆 GOD BLESS YOU!😭🏆❤
gaku I've been following you since I bought an n8000 for pennies at a car boot sale just before the pandemic, it's so gas to see your talent recognised by some seriously heavyweight brands! I gotta ask what the brief was? Palace always have such a rough and ready feel to their promo works but that must've changed to work with gucci. So so sick to see one of my favourite streetwear brands to use one of my favourite photographers for their work. Congrats bro!
Hey man, I just wanted to say I just stumbled on your channel thru this video. I'm a working DP/photographer in nyc and it was so cool to see another person with the same exact kit as me (including the lil digital point and shoot!), that also switches between stills and video mid-shoot. Super awesome seeing another person's process, and love the way you directed the model. Side note, I used to also live in japan, but I've mostly forgotten how to speak it, but I could still somewhat understand your directions to the model.
So so inspirational.. u make it look too easy! I got a RS2 and would love to know what settings you were using for those vertical gimbal shots. u on FPV mode? Sensitivity? That shit was insane!
Thanks so much for this video. V inspiring. Sorry for the technical question as I appreciate that's not what your photos are about but I'm new G2 user here. Can I ask in daylight / sun what kind of aperture you're generally using with the flash? f8 upwards? Do you set the camera to 1/200 or just let it do its thing? Thanks!
Hey I wanted to ask what setting are you using to get that blurry effect on 12:19? Awesome video, I been following since a long time so I know how much you been growing recently, proud of you! Thank you for sharing that with us :)
he's reducing his shutter angle. Say if he's shooting in 50p hes reduced his shutter speed to 1/10 or something like that. You start getting that motion blur effect as soon as your shutter angle is slower than your framerate :)
I never thought how much a super wide angle brings to vertical video holy shit. That and lots of other interesting tidbits here, just ofund your channel; instant sub!
よぉ my g :) Just wanted to ask how you got your start in the video/photography business and what you do for a living (Maybe I missed a video on this topic, sorry if so). I'm currently working as an app developer, but I do a lot of film photography and digital video shoots, mostly for my clothing brand. Because I realised I like creative work more than working in a software company I wanna try and give it a real shot. Do you have any tips how to get started? I'm also in Tokyo in January & February, would be cool to see you shoot :) Keep creating じゃーね, Manu
This is so dope ... Big ups for landing such an astronomically dope collab. Would you ever drop content explaining how you land opportunities like this?
I mean - did he shoot for the brand or did he use the brands clothing to make content for your youtube? because i cannot find the pictures you shot anywhere in connection with palace nor gucci.. also these kind of brands would normally have 5-6 people representing them on the shoot to secure DNA throughout the proces. also, where is the MUA and Stylist, art director, camera assistant etc.
