Serious question guys. Are my videos getting worse? I've noticed an extreme decline in people watching my videos lately. It's a bit frightening, because I am doing this for a living. I think it's time to put more even work into the videos. Any possible support would be highly appreciated.
I hope you weren't penalised somehow by the RU-vid search / recommendations algorithm. Perhaps this could happen due to copyright strikes or based on infringing "community guidelines". However with 185K subscribers, surely these people will get notified when you produce new videos?! This video came up in my RU-vid Recommendations, since I'm a subscriber.
The videos are still excellent. You might try to get more engagement from your audience. Remind everyone to drop a like and a comment for the RU-vid algorithm.
But if ur hitting it straight on with left, not jacked up, wont it just swerve the cue ball to the right? Not “curve”? Thus having to aim thinner, not thicker??
When the ball is frozen to the rail and you apply side spin, you're hitting downward onto the upper half of the ball. You're basically getting a masse effect and the ball will curve more. There is always some amount of jacking up on these shots or you'll miscue over the top of the cue ball. This masse effect is usually more pronounced than the deflection on these shots, so you'll need to compensate the other way. Or, hit it full speed like he did in this video. Hope this helps.
I’ve watched many of your videos but haven’t commented. So here’s my two cents: keep up the great work. Superb production quality for billiards videos. Thanks for the professionalism.
I practiced this a lot before. But the problem, when I'm playing in a match, sometimes I forget that it is different compensation when you're shooting on the rail compared to a normal shot when adding a side spin.
There is a time we waited for more videos and they didn't come, buy the time the videos came we had already lost the morale. So I think some don't know that you are still posting or they got other alternative, I think it's time for you to create more consistent content for us. We are gladly waiting because I believe you are the best at this. With love from Uganda Africa❤
In this case because of the curve of the cueball. He is shooting with a low deflection carbon shaft which does a lot of curving. Therefore, different shafts different results.
Great video, love your content and find it helps me both IRL and when playing the awesome PC game ShootersPool - Billiards simulation. Keep up the great work.
Hey, I just wanted to say that you have a very nice touch with your teaching bro. Keep up the good work. I absolutely DID subscribe, as a result of your teaching prowess. 💯 👍
