Planning on redoing this sometime in the future. There's a noticeable missing portion on the fifth stanza. For those wanting to hear the actual version of this, it is in the collection of the Alan Ett Music Group. I wrote them a letter about acquiring the audio from the show, but I never got any responses back. I'll try again in the future but if I don't get any responses within a year, I give up and accept the fact that it will never be released. Regarding "7 Uploads in 7 Days" I procrastinated (like always) and it never happened.
Today one of these lucky couples could win a dream vacation! This is Michael T. Mondak and Melissa Eaton. They’ve been best friends for 15 years. He’s a central supply clerk who enjoys golf. She’s a software tester who enjoys singing. Meet David and Suzie Dalessandro. They’re father and daughter. He’s a gardener who enjoys playing softball. She’s a music therapist who enjoys cooking. They’re all here to play the wildest shopping game ever, Shop Til You Drop! And here’s the host of Shop Til You Drop, Pat Finn!
Of all of the announcers, I like Dee Bradley Baker the most. Dee also does voice acting (including Cow & Chicken, and Codename: Kids Next Door). Mark L. Walberg (not to be confused with actor and rapper Mark Wahlberg) who was the announcer from 1991-1994, also hosted his talk show, hosted Antiques Roadshow, he did hosted a reality show, and hosted the Game Show Network original Russian Roulette.
Today, One of these lucky couples could win a dream vacation......They're all here to play the wildest shopping game ever, Shop 'Til you Drop....And Now here's your host of Shop 'Til you Drop, PAT FINN!!!
Dee Bradley Baker: You're gonna _Shop 'Til You Drop... IN BEAUTIFUL PARIS!!!_ You'll spend six luxurious nights in the beautiful Chateau Le Paris hotel, only blocks away from the shopping district, along with fine dining and evening entertainment. We've also included a shopping spree worth $2,500! Back to you, Pat!
Shop 'til you Drop from the Producers of Fun House, College Mad House and Legends of the Hidden Temple Pat Finn was Da Man on the show and I like Mark L. Walberg on the Lifetime Version, but my favorite Game Show of his is of course, Russian Roulette and he deserves to host another Game Show
I enjoyed the game show when this first aired on Lifetime (in 1991), then aired on The Family Channel (now known as Freeform), and finally on Pax TV (now known as Ion Television). The only thing I don’t like is the edition (from 2003 hosted by JD Roberto) with the wholesale store theme (with the aisles...like it was Costco, Sam’s Club, and BJ’s). There was a 1990 TV pilot of this game show, but it was not hosted by Pat Finn (who hosted the 1990 short lived revival of The Joker’s Wild).
Unfortunately, the theme hasn't (and probably never will) be released. The show's themes and cues were supposed to be added to the TVPMM a number of years ago, but those plans were cancelled after the "Temple Run" music from Legends of the Hidden Temple was uploaded to RU-vid.
