I'm not usually a commenter but i absolutely adore the honesty of you and Katie. As sorry as i am to hear that you both have been having a tricky time the last few weeks, hearing you speak about it together and in public is so incredible and will undoubtedly be helping you both without you even realising. I've never believed in fate or 'everything happens for a reason' but the impulse to go for a day out together is both a sign from your beautiful mama that you're both struggling and need each other but also shows the foundation of love she built so that you'd all be ok when she had to leave. She brought you two together and despite not knowing what was to happen, she made you (and your other sisters) a strong unit that is full of love, honesty, strength and support. That's how she's always with you; Your love for each other and how strong you all are is what your mama built and it's how she continues looking after you everyday. She'd be so proud of you both and equally, the women she's helped shape you all into is something you should all be proud of her for (I know you are proud of her but you guys are a legacy of her parenting that is so beautiful and full of love and support).
