Honestly from all the beauty companies out there, Sephora is the worst. Their customer service is horrible. If your package is lost or delivered to the wrong location, you have to go to ups and look for your package while paying them the money. This is really funny when people spend 1000s$$$ and then go through this. SMH 🤦‍♀️ never shopping there again

Well the good news is that nobody is forcing you to shop there, and there’s no rule or law stating that you need to shop there. Ulta, CVS, Walgreens, Walmart, and Target exist to….so shop for your makeup at those stores.

@@sidikajivraj9036could you maybe try to make it more clear that you were sharing your experience? Also a good tip is maybe spend less than 100$ on a package and spend the rest at your local Sephora.
