I loved you like seven years ago but this Kyra I’m here for. I love that you just seen so much more relaxed and not nearly as anxious. Also that new car is 💋🔥 so glad you have that. You’re doing amazing especially with four babies. Give yourself more treats like everything was for the kids. I have only two kids but I def would have gotten more than nails and paper 😂. @@jaydenicole4063 it’s so complicated and everyone is different. I find for myself, that a big dose of caffeine makes me “crash” right away. On the other hand, if I have a strong coffee slowly, I feel not much of anything. Spark by advocare has always been the most helpful for myself. It doesn’t necessarily give me energy, but it helps me focus and be alert without crashing if that makes sense.

Why did you not choose to go to couple therapy? Have you ever wondered how you could have grown out of this crisis as a couple?
