Love watching your channel . I used to work on my aunts fruit farm and we had lots of bushel baskets. I like to is them on my porch in the fall . I lay them on their side and fill with fall branches, pumpkins, gourds , fall mums, etc.great vinette when used with straw and pumpkins etc.

I’m watching you on tv and just had to get on my phone so I could comment. So fun to see all of your finds. So my style! Love the huge basket and all of the books! I have the Rod Byam Shaw book and have a collection of Rachel ashwell books that I will not part with. Your shams and duvet looks very similar to one I have and I think it’s pottery barn. I definitely would have purchased that table cloth in gray and pink. And the set of jadeite. This was fun!

I always have fun watching your videos. Seems like you often pull something out and I smile to myself and say, “Just like mine!” Today’s piece was the cream and brown pitcher your hubby picked out. I think men must be particularly attracted to it as mine was my Dad’s favorite! I remember when he picked it out and my parents bought it. It would have been around 1963 (I was 7) on a vacation in the Gatlinburg TN area and we visited a pottery. Dad was a huge fan of ice water and that pitcher was always on the dinner table. My parents are both gone now, but I still have the pitcher. 💕

Well, you did it again. You take us to the best places and purchase the nicest things. Like you stated, you don’t necessarily have to purchase, these fabulous places you visit are full of inspiration. We are no longer in lockdown ( Toronto, Canada) and my husband and I have gone antiquing already so I’m feeling good about it as well. It’s the best. Makes me happy too! Like to say it’s in my blood. Lol. Btw. I too have a beautiful collection of blue and white, particularly, blue willow cups & saucers and dishes. Can’t wait for your next video, Tanya, your terrific!!

You find the best stuff! Jug and pottery barn candlesticks are my favorites. I found a service for 8 of blue and white dishes but not Willow and not vintage. Set is only missing 1 cup and one salad plate. I got them for $27 dollars at an Estate sale. I love them and so does my hubby! I found a beautiful basket at the same estate sale and placed some table linens and the dishes in the basket and display it on the dinning room table. I also found one of those wooden paper plate holders which I painted black, distressed it, then added “Plates” lettering that I made with my Cricut. Then I added antiquing wax to it. My dishes look so pretty in it!

Hi, the shops were so pretty! I have a couple of hand made linen sheets that my mother in law from Portugal made for my husband when he was born (77years ago). These were made from the plant ,the fibers then woven on a large loom. They are not soft like the linen blend you have. I just have them folded in a draw until some day I get an idea of what to do with them.

Years ago Martha Stewart featured jadeite in her magazine and tv show. She had so much of it in cabinets and on display. She likely cornered the market on the East Coast and started a hunger for it across the country. If you find any at all, it’s pretty surprising. And the price on the pieces you filmed is GREAT.

You could use the three black Pottery Barn pieces on a buffet table. Each one could hold a plate of food and give some height and interest to a table. Not sure how study those items are or how low they could be adjusted but that’s the first thing that came to my mind when I saw them. I enjoyed your video. I just saw you for the first time and I will be back.

Fantastic haul. With the floral duvet cover, I would take it apart, add a warm backing to one side and use it as a bedspread. I would make a fourth pillow case from the leftover duvet cover material or perhaps a bolster cushion. The poncho fabric would make a lovely cushion cover and the pink colour would tie in with the pink flowers on the bedspread. Hmm, I'm going to have to look for something similar myself now although I will get some opposition from "him indoors" as he doesn't see the point of cushions! Sigh........

Baskets are so French and it is very popular now..I love them to hide stuff in with a bit of toille fabric on top :)

I'm going to have to travel to Arkansas & visit All the Great shops like the ones you visited. As far as the duvet cover, if the front & back are the same fabric,remove & replace the side that is torn with newfabric or a king sized sheet. Then you'll have fabric to make valances or pillows, etc. Love your channel!!!

I think that "really big vase" may be the base for a small bird bath. I believe I saw some at a high$$$ antique store in my area about 25 yrs ago. I admired them, but a rural flower garden is a risky location for such a delicate item. I need that cowgirl hat

I too love the faded green colour very 1930's? I'd love a basket on wheels! P.S I can recommend Faded Glamour by Pearl Lowe,a beautiful book.PPS! Maybe use the fabric for a tablecloth?

I painted a apple basket light blue with black trim & use it for my laundry basket.
