Such a good video!!! Keep up the amazing content and don’t listen to the critics. And yes Siete is a Texas brand! Their headquarters are in Austin. I’ve seen influencers travel to the headquarters and get amazing fresh organic Mexican meals cooked for them! I think they host retreats
you are kinda selective with what products you deem "clean" or "healthy", i feel like if you don't like it you bash it, but if you do you give many ingredients a pass... maybe i'm wrong just something i noticed
I eat 60% of the time clean and 40% of the time for flavors ~ so if I really like something and it’s not clean, I’ll still buy it but I limit how much I buy. Also i am a food reviewer so I buy food that are not always clean to review the tastes
I can appreciate your intention to educate your subscribers regarding healthy ingredients, however snacking in general is not beneficial to the microbiome. Fasting between meals is. It gives the digestive system time to rest and thus become more efficient. The majority of people in the United States are either overweight or obese due to poor habits which include snacking. Promotion of so called healthy snacks is a fallacy fallacy.
It is true. I personally fast until 12pm to skip breakfast and not snack in the morning. But that afternoon/evening snack is so satisfying when watching tv. Of course snacking is not healthy. But it’s important to not to have too much dietary restrictions to promote healthy relationships with food. That is, if I want to snack, I’ll snack on something with better ingredients. But I’ll never feel guilty for snacking or eating between meals. When I was 17 I was obsessed with not snacking at all and only ate wholesome food during meal time, like meat and veggies and potatoes. I ended up losing too much weight and had issues with hormonal health. What I learned from that experience is that it’s important to eat healthy, but it’s important to eat whatever I want and whenever I want. Snacks are not bad if your body tells you it needs some quick fuel. But it’s bad to eat the artificial food coloring and food additives
@@MsMinglifestyle You and your husband can afford to snack on better for you ingredients because you have an exercise program that warrants the extra calories. However, most people do not have the discipline to exercise regularly or practice portion control. You sound like an intuitive eater and in touch with what your body needs. Still I feel you are not representative of the average person. I was a nutritional advisor for Mrs. Gooch's ( pre Whole Foods) and a yoga teacher for the past 40 years. I have worked with a large population in the Los Angeles area. It would be wonderful, since you have a major platform, to educate your subscribers on a broader level. I know that would be a bonus to their understanding and knowledge. So many other platforms are detrimental and glamorize horrible foods. You stand out in a more positive and enlightening way, and your contribution is recognized.
