Oh no, they decapitated Elsa! 😂 I love the colors and the pattern of this bag, but I feel your pain on pattern placement. Its always tough when you can't pick it up and survey the placement in the store! I'm not sold on either of the bags either, glad you decided to swap them out. Hopefully the third time is the charm! ✨
I think neither, just because they haven't got the characters you want on the front. Fingers crossed you can return them and hopefully they'll be in store next time you go to the Disney store and then you can have a look at the placement
I personally like Stitch so I would choose that bag. But it sounds like you prefer the Princess more - so I would return them both because it didn’t catch your eye within the first 5 min. I hope they let you return.
I got an amazing placement! Elsa, Rapunzel and Ariel all in front! Luck of the draw. I’m sad about not having a full Louis the alligator though. I only go a chopped off one. Stitch too is slightly cut off. Are you for sure returning yours?
You should definitely be able to return, I had a look on the government website and this is what it says :) ‘You must offer a refund to customers if they've told you within 14 days of receiving their goods that they want to cancel. They have another 14 days to return the goods once they've told you. You must refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the goods back.’
It was so odd, she was so adamant I could not return, so I did another chat later on in the day and the lady I spoke to then has sorted it for me no questions asked! Thank goodness, fingers crossed anyone else needing to return has had no problems! ^_^ also, thanks so much for checking lovely x
