when you send the abandon cart Recovery email - will it specifically mention to them the products which they selected for checkout? Or is it a generic email? Also if they don't finish the purchase after first email, can you have a follow up abandon cart email with a discount voucher code?
It depends on ho you configured the template. The default template does contain the customers cart. IE the product they abandoned, but you can change it to be generic if you delete the block. Yes, can add a discount code to the email as well. It won't automatically generate a code for you, you have to have one already made. Klaviyo does support the option to generate bulk codes and send a different one to each user. You can sign up for that service here www.sunbowl.ca/klaviyo
I have store but I don’t have sales. All people who try’s to buy ended up declined by visa. Do you maybe have an idea why it’s happening?Shopify told that they don’t see any problem in the store. But why over 150 get declined?
Do you know the people that are trying to checkout? Or are they strangers? If it's the ladder, It sounds to me that fraudulent credit numbers are being tested on your store to see if they are still active. Its the bank customers bank that is declining the transaction, not Shopify.
