You want them to offer her a job? It would be a full-time job for the other employees to keep an eye on her to make sure she isn’t stealing more. Plus-they trespassed her. How is she going to go in and work if she can’t be in the store for a year? She can go to McDonald’s and get a job…no store in the world that has any semblance of intelligence is going to offer a job to someone that’s in the process of being arrested for stealing.
