Long ago, the Yale book store had a very large number of different quality paper backs. There was no Amazon, no internet, so it was a rare treasure trove for a student like me to browse in. One day I was highly amused when I caught John Hersey flipping through the copies of one of his books, doing a quick inventory to calculate how many of the Yale community were buying his book.

ill be honest. she seems overly obesessed with the ranking of her unviersity. i wouldn't hang with someone like that. l;ike stanford is stanford. just smoe random college in palo alto california. it doesn't mater that much.
