Years ago, I watched a garden designer on an episode of "This Old House". He advised placing a birdbath near the house, just outside a window, instead of placing it out in the middle of the yard. I followed his advice. It is so fun to wake up to the sound of birds splashing around, and what a nice view it is from my bedroom window. We need to be aware of views from different parts of our gardens.
@@rachelshepherd8099 Rachel that is such a great design of a birdbath close to the house . Perhaps I could place one on the upper deck . I’d love to have birds close they use the pond and birdbath . When blueberries are on the love to eat from my bush on the deck🤣I get some they get some. Not as fun to watch.
Hi Teresa and Reg Great idea to have breakfast out. That's a massive garden centre🎉 I've never heard of angelonias. They look a little like white snapdragons. Yes,the heat here is still leaving people pooped. However little clothes they wear, there's no respite from it💕💞🌟🌟
@@77sun222 Sharon that was Lowes home and garden center even yesterday nothing on sale and their plants are looking weary. Breakfast out is always fun we seldom eat out cause we both are home bodies 😉. Anyway I’m living Angelonia yes very much like snap dragons but wow the ones in my front window box are so productive and maintenance free heat tolerant for sure. Hope you get rain and a cool down ! Even if I was wearing nothing it’s oppressive yet I cannot be inside lol I can tolerate heat with sunshine for sure! I keep apologizing to the not so heat tolerant plant that I’ve cut back🤪. Always good hearing from you stay cool☺️
Good morning! ☕️ I’ve had better luck at Home Depot for sales this year for shrubs but you had some good scores with the annuals! Fun video, I also had quite the chuckle when an ad popped up while I was watching - for bras for senior ladies 😂

Have you ever said” I love wearing bras ?”,no not ever and I’m not big chested can’t imagine if I had a bit more how much more uncomfortable 🤔. Home Depot did have some shrubs but not what I think I want . It’s all good always dreaming of new designs ☺️
