WOW fruit is so expensive there! 😮 The last time I was in the grocery store watermelon was about $9 USD! Strawberries were on sale for $1.28 per container and peaches were a little over $2/pound. If prices keep going up Soon no one will be able to afford to eat. 😢
Watermelons take a lot of area to grow, are only in season in summer AND don’t grow well in korea, so they cost more to grow, so the company has to make the watermelons really expensive so they can profit
