Ladies you do not want milk and butter .. unless it’s grass fed and organic . Dairy is so problematic.. the estrogenic affect , the inflammatory affect bc of the blood and pus that’s in it ( the FDA allows small amounts in it ) . And a lot of people have low grade food allergies to cow milk . Not to mention Asian and African American people don’t produce the lactase enzyme meaning your body is not equipped to digest it properly . Use pea protein based drinks like Ripple milk and pea protein powder in a shake to boost ferritin and hemoglobin. As for healthy fats , avocado 🥑, meats and coconut oil and good quality cold pressed olive oil . I like walnut oil on my salads and veges bc it is higher in omega 3 which we all need more of and it has no strong flavor so you can drizzle it on anything.
I love how involved this doctor is in educating patients 😍 I want to lose weight and get to my normal weight 150 to 160 for better results before I get surgery I'm 195 lbs now.

I find it disappointing that triggs does not do all of his surgeries. Just because you booked with him you might get an assistant. When he does them they come out right but you can tell when he has an assistant do the bbl's in the many many many testimonies from the girls say the same
