Football's Coming Home! Three Lions on the shirt! Played my cover of the England football song Three Lions - Football's Coming Home (by the Lightning Seeds with Skinner and Baddiel) out on the new public piano at Battersea Power Station. Random fact, this was one of the first public piano covers I played back in 2018 ( • Three Lions Football's... ) during the World Cup in Russia.

What a wonderful contrast. You playing Football's Coming Home when you were 11 years old to a crowd singing behind you and joining you on the keyboard vs a stylized - improvised grown up version 4 years later to another young crowd of friends and admirers hanging around not wanting to miss whatever you play next. I predict a very merry Christmas for you Cole and Dad and the family.

I love watching the people around you get into the song you play, bopping around. It's obvious how much you love to play for people and how much you love to make others happy. Very nice song (1st time I hear it, sorry, not football fan nor UK resident :)). Transition to jazz and back was also fine. But the thing I like the most is new place for your playing, getting newer and wider public and also bringing joy over this building through music.

Not a fan of football. It was a nice arrangement and jazz improv. Drew a crowd well. Good to see Camden, Melissa and others, too. Happy to see the little girl. We've said before that small children respond well to music, especially "happy" music like this.

REALLY GREAT COLE, What better to get the crowds stopping than to play "Three Lions" during a Football World Cup. As Gary says, this is an entirely new arrangement of the version you played 4 years ago and sang with that unbroken voice. I see the pianists were also assembling, I think I saw Camden and Melissa and several other regulars at St Pancras have moved across to Battersea. With Christmas coming up and with Covid behind us, do you think you will be allowed to go into The Pembroke Care Home to entertain the residents. I think Christmas 2019 was your last visit. If you have the time, I know those old people would really appreciate a session with you.

I'm glad you're so eclectic. Why I say that, well it's because you are versatile in your music. You don't just stay with one Genre. I don't like all your music but you appeal to a wider greater audiences.
