If you are having trouble getting the bolt through the black plastic part you have to screw it then use brute force to force it through the hole.

Hello I can not see how you are attaching the single wheels.Arebyou using the two round screws to attach the Wheels and. They're is no instructions like you have. There is a missing long screen to attach the three wheel. Do I use one or two bo!ts on the front wheels.
