Any chance you can go over set up more. Two things I am concerned about, One being the machine returning to the home position after the run( even after setting X&Y), Second, Is more about the bit you are using? I am assuming it is a Vortex, Just have yet to see an 1/8 ball nose run that deep and fast.

The tooling is Vortex Tooling, they make various tools that allow you to run at the speeds you have seen - We suggest giving them a call and they can help you with understanding tools they make for different applications -- this is a tapered ball nose which works great for this type of work as you could see in the video. As for the machines position at the end, you can specifically call this out as you wish in your controller with a park or end position or if the machine is going to return to home, it will lift up and clear the material.

Can you do a video on the 4th axis for the shopsabre 23? How to align everything as there is adjustments in table, head stock and tail stock. Tail stock has play as it slides in track on table tip on how to keep straight like in your video. Tips for finding x zero z zero and even A zero? Any advice helpful I know based on Facebook group im not the only one that wants this info Thanks
