This video is of the LMS Football Cheerleading Shoremen Sideline Chants. LMS Cheer does all ripples (front/back row and three-part ripples) that are done at ALHS. Taylor (far left) shows first ripple and front row ripple, Elizabeth (middle) shows second ripple and back row ripple, and Lilly (far right) shows third ripple and front row ripple. While we don't demonstrate spiriting between each of our chants, don't forget to spirit and jump/tumble after each of your chants/cheers/fillers performed at a game! This is an AL trademark :)
