🔱 1st episode (5 total) of the Triton Poker Cyprus 2022 short deck cash game featuring: Phil Ivey, Daniel "Jungleman" Cates, Ferdinand Putra, Paul Phua, Michael Watson, Elton Tsang, and Danny Tang.
🃏 Short deck: 36 cards (2’s thru 5’s removed). Flush beats a full house. Ace acts as high (TJQKA) and low (A6789) for making straight (so acts as A and as 5). No blinds, but ante only and double ante on the button.

@@2011blueman this is a high stakes, private cash game. If you piss people off and play too slow as a pro they don't let you play. So is taking a long time to make the right decision really the right decision if it makes you less likely to be invited to the next game?

@@pwned555 hey little kid, it's a table of pros (except Paul). It's not a private game in macau where what you say might apply. Maybe when you're an adult you'll understand that context matters. Elton is simply a pro on tilt in this session.

I just finished watching the final table. Fantastic. Totaly unexpected result, you never can predict an outcome. A non pro gets up and slammed it Paul Paua was like a proud dad.

The rockets against big slick on the turn made a river rat out of Phil sucking up. The edge over pot odds on the short stack increased zone coverage for jungle man during precious Blue Light special action all day. Pounded him it was sick ain't that right honey

Yeah they are. Flush will always beat full house. It's way easier to get a House than flush. I've heard some places have trips beating a straight but I've never personally seen it. I think that was when Short Deck was first starting to become more known. Now the rules are mainly all agreed upon
