Jim was totally right with what he said about the blue shirt guy. It's not a matter of "stopping the problem" there was no real problem to be stopped. The dude was just getting annoyed and felt both safe and justified in getting physical. I used to work at a gym and had a super passive aggressive manger who happened to be super short. Every time he was being a dick I’d always hit him with “why such short temper” or something of that nature. I also signed his work email up for little people dating websites and for newsletters from company’s that sold shoes with lifts in them. It was awesome watching that asshole get irritated but unable to do anything about it. I never started the aggression but after dealing with his passive aggressive nature and hearing from other managers to “watch out” because the manlet had it out for me I immediately went for his achelis heel lol

I think personality determines how people view your stature. I have a tall uncle that is practically invisible at a party, but then my dad at 5ft5 maybe less he shrank as he got older, would seem like the biggest person in the room because he's a social butterfly, gets along with anyone, and is the loudest most fun person in the room. And my dad is a few inches shorter than my mom. Funny though, between those two men, the tall one actually gets less women than the short charming one.
