This was the easiest messy bun I’ve ever tried! I found that curling the hair first and then adding all the products makes a difference, I also used one of those telephone wire hair bands. Thanks so much for sharing 🙂

Super messy and cute! Love it! I’m still growing out, but hope to have messy bun hair by Christmas ‘18. I love the look too. When I was a stylist in the 70’s we didn’t have these fun styles. Everything was all Sassoon perfect, precision hair, blech. Even the buns were precise and severe. Thanks for sharing your bun.

This is the main reason why I don't ever want to cut my long hair short again. There's just so many things you could easily do with long hair. I love that all I need is a hairbow bc I can gather all my hair and tie it in a bun. But this is a great tutorial, I wish I would have found it when my hair was that short.

If you didn’t cut your hair in 4 months then your hair prolly isn’t that short anymore...considering the fact that you came to a vid for messy buns for “short hair”....! Jus saying🤷🏻♀️
