Just playing Around with various filters in Photoshop to see if I could create a paiinterly artistic version of a previously captured time lapse.
This is a pretty basic effect which is a result of a custom action I made in Photoshop using its oil paint filter with some tweaks. I then batch processed two versions with the oil paint effect of the time lapse frames. Then completed further grading and editing in Premiere Pro while blending the two photoshoped sequences together.
