yeah it's all the violent guns causing the problem....not the people...what law are you going to pass to stop people from wanting guns to actually get one illegally.....???? here is a thought...if you SHOULDN"T have a gun and get caught with 1 mandatory 15 years in prison...then all the repeat offenders can just go away.
