You had me at Short Ribs, Risotto made my mouth water, roasted garlic butter bread made me want to jump through the screen.. never clicked so fast. This looks phenom.

$78 for just the food you got is insane to me… not saying it’s out of the normal or anything just crazy to see how inflation is hitting us. I’ve been in the cooking industry for 9 years (im only 25) and it has me scared to open my own restaurant with all the food cost. Would love to hear from you kev!
@@spitfire3311 yes that’s how it should be on pen and paper, but I’m doing all the ordering for my restaurant I’m currently the sous chef at and I can see how the price has jumped up close to 100-200 dollars from just 6 months to a year ago. Same stuff I always get, but price is tremendous. Not to include buying wholesale produce is never the best thing to do, more than likely it will come in spoiled or close to it… much better off going to a local farmers market or chef store to pick them out yourself.
You always take the buggy to the buggy return. ❤ Thank you for reminding others to be courteous and respectful. I understand that for some it may not be so easy. Ask someone to help or offer your buggy to the next customer as they walk by.

I love you always use garlic,onion,olive oil,and herbs.these are almost always in all my cooking recipes. And tomatoes,or tomato base.....good and healthy

Kev, I have to tell you, that is one amazing looking meal, and what I really like besides how delicious those short ribs in the brown sauce, and the cheesy risotto and the garlic bread look, is that I love how you use multicolored carrot slices because they looked so bright and so good!! Thanks as always for another great video and recipe and I was going to watch the two- part whole roasted pig videos before this one, but I love short ribs and risotto and garlic bread, so I couldn’t resist 😉
Ugh I here ya on putting the shopping cart where it's supposed to go. It's so annoying when you find a cart in a parking spot or just there cause no one thought to put it where it belongs. Love the food you make btw 😊

I love making risotto, absolutely love it. And I love how you also use Chardonnay too! I find it to be the best wine to use for chicken broth based risotto. Everything looks absolutely delicious!
When it comes to ribs of any kind im over the bbq method. You got to braise them to maximize the juiciness, tenderness, and most importantly the savory part. Love this recipe
This dish looks amazing, short ribs are one of my favorites! I recommend trying a red wine risotto and adding some frozen peas along with the cheese, it tastes amazing. A great pairing with short ribs 😊 thanks for the video!
