I cut several inches of my hair a few weeks ago. Made an appointment with my stylist and asked her to cut more and give me a cute style. She did this style and I am so excited. Can't wait until I take my twists down😃

Girl I forgot I started watching this before going into the grocery store. It turned out beautifully, I've never thought to do 2 strand twists and finger coils at the same time on short hair. That's because you be thinking outside the box.😉 If I ever decide to go short, now I know snd share it with others who have it now.

Yes ma'am :) There are a lot of techniques that can be incorporated together to create beautiful hairstyles on short hair. So when people say to me that they can't do anything with their hair at the length it is, I'm like "Let me show you something". I can only imagine now the hairstyles that I would had worn back then when I had my TWA.

New subbie!!! Love these different looks and options! Currently growing my hair out! I personally have a hard time staying out my hair. My twists unravel the following day :(

Welcome to the family! Some people use gel on the ends to prevent them from unraveling. When I was transitioning, my cousin use to put perm rods on the ends to prevent the relaxed part of my hair from unraveling as quickly. Also, how tightly you twist, and the products used to twist the hair, can sometimes play a factor. When I want my twist to be tight and neat, I'll style my hair on wet hair.

I'm not sure exactly what her hair type is to be honest. It's similar to mines, but softer (if that makes any sense). The only way to know whether the coils will come out, is to try it out on a section of your hair.

Lol Everyday though? I'd say as long as the hair is anywhere from 3/4" to 1" long, you can two strand twist it.

Yes, I use to let people travel to me so I could style their hair several years ago, but then it stopped after I went back to school to complete my masters degree in 2016. I'm still waiting on the right circumstance before I start that back up again. But If/when I start doing hair again, I'll definitely make an announcement on here because you guys have been asking me for awhile now!
