The shortest home run ever is actually only 2ft. If you don’t know how in the early 1900’s it rained and I think they got 2 inches of rain or something like that and in front of home plate there was a min puddle and the ball landed right into that and by time they got it out the batter already touched home plate. Edit: okay I did research. Andy oyler for the Minnesota millers in 1900 for a minor league team hit it but only spent 2 seasons in the mlb.
