Its about racists and baseball... most sports are heavily rigged by the referees at least somewhat because they are humans, they have favorites, and they are biased. These refs were felt they would never be seriously charged or attacked for not calling it correctly. It was a biased movie about racism and biased baseball players and refs and elitiest snobs.
